Skills Knowledge Skills
- -Genjutsu Knowledge
* Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. * Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
* Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). * Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. * Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
* Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. * Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. * Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Ability Skills
- Agility and Speed
* Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. * Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). * Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
Kekkei Genkai Mastery
* Level I: Allows the ninja to use his Kekkei Genkai abilities or jutsus up to rank C. * Level II: Allows the ninja to use his Kekkei Genkai abilities or jutsus up to rank B. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use his Kekkei Genkai abilities or jutsus up to rank S.
Hand Seal Expert
* Level I: The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others. * Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques. * Level III: The user's Seal speed has quickened, One-handed Seals at normal speed and two-handed far exceeding a normal Shinobi, appearing as a blur to them.
Chakra Capacity
* Level I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Genjutsu Resistance
* Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.( Comes with Gen knowledge 2)
Strength and Power
* Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.[Free Taijutsu ability]

Basic Jutsu
- Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique]
Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Cost: 1 Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
* Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. * Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. * Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. * Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

- Name: San Genkou [Acid clone]
Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: C Orientation: Supplmentary Cost: 6 Effects: This jutsu is very similar to regular bushin but the key difference being that it can be detonated at will for a small extra amount of chakra and once destroyed in any way the acid by which it was formed bursts outward covering everything in the immediate area with corrosive acid. (+3 for each clone made after original)
Name: Nenshou Ame [Burning Rain] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 10 Effects: After making correct hand signs the user draws all the corrosive sweat from their body to one hand as it begin to amass into a giant orb of deadly acid. Once the orb has reached an adequate size the user shoots it high into the air where it explodes raining volatile liquid everywhere in about a half a mile radius from where it exploded. This jutsu may also be used as a more direct form of attack if thrown at the target but has a much higher chance of hurting allies in the process as the acid is much more concentrated at close range.
Name: San Heki [Acid Burst] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: After making the proper hand signs the user spits out a moderate sized globe of acid that upon reaching a certain amount of distance explodes and covers a rather wide area in front of it which makes this more or less a jutsu that sacrifices power to cover a large area with corrosive liquid.
Name: San Nami [Acid Wave] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 14 Effects: Using a large amount of chakra the user exhumes and enormous amount of acidic water from their mouth capable of eating away at almost anything it touches. At first once it’s released from the users mouth it forms at a gigantic wave of rushing acid that quickly engulfs everything within about a 1 mile radius once it settles. This amount of acid can be more or less be compared to that of a fairly large lake an is more than capable eating away at the entire landscape in which it was released with ease.
Name: San Risutoa [ Acid Restore] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects: This jutsu allows the user to focus chakra into their own bodies making the acidic compound inside to become far more powerful as it continues to course through the entirety of their body in essence cleansing them of all things not native to their body including poisons and other foreign objects and lastly any genjutsu cast on the user once activated will cast from their body. Of course this does not come without a downside as the use of this jutsu causes the users body to become numb for a short while and there’s senses to dull as well putting them at a rather moderate disadvantage in battle once used.
Name: Kentan Tezawari [Gluttony Touch] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kg Rank: S Orientation: Offensive Cost: 20 +3 Effects: This is Shinko's Deadliest jutsu to date as it takes the already powerful acidic qualities of of the Dizorubu bloodline and increases it's corrosive abilities ten fold. Shinko call fourth an immense amount of chakra and concentrates it to his stomach where the strongest acid in his body resides and once finished he bring it up and spews it upon his hands coating them in an acid fully capable of eating away at anything it touches besides the user in mere seconds. Even though Shinko skin is resistant to the affects of his own acid jutsu this technique is on a completely different level and after enough time it will even begin to eat away at him as well meaning this jutsu can only be held for about 3 posts after it's first used and can only be used once a battle and causes sever pain to Shinko's hands afterwards. (Costs 3 cp to maintain)
Rinnegan jutsu
Name: Love (Aikou) Type: Hypnosis Sub-Type: Doujutsu Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 15 Effects: This Jutsu is considered the most powerful of the Rinnegan Ningendō arsenal as if forces perhaps the most powerful emotion one can have onto the mind on any one victim. Due to it's power this jutsu can only be used on one person at any given time to have any affect at all. One in effect this jutsu forces it's victim into a synthetic love with the person who used it on them allowing the user to give the victim any command they wish and the inflicted shall do it with only a deep seated love and admiration for the person who gave the the order. (Any extreme commands like suicide or self harm will break the jutsu) (Lasts 5 posts)

Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 4 Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Taren-Ken (Multi-Punch) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of fist blow, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Tadayō (Drift) Type: Chisokuken Sub-type: Defensive Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 7 Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Kiwamaruiki (Extreme Acceleration) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This taijutsu breaks the limits of the user's speed, enhancing their reflexes and mobility to extremes. This high increase in their agility will allow them not only to run fast but beyond the point where normal perception may keep up with them, allowing the user to essentially surround the enemy, moving from place to place in a blink of an eye striking from any point. However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Rakurainiau (Struck by Lightning) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: This jutsu is not complicated- The Ōgi of the Chisokuken-ryu, Rakurainiau simulates the speed of a lightning bolt, gathering an immense amount of chakra around their body to fling themselves at an opponent, be they below, above, or level. This sudden abrupt movement seems to defy the very concept of friction, with the user aiming at a central point, such as the head, heart, stomach- Perhaps even the groin. Regardless of the target, the user will race beyond natural speed to strike them with a single attack- a two finger strike, resembling Jyuken, upon a foe which will take all the gathered force. Requires Master Level Speed and Agility.

| Added in Tai level 3 from rank up as well as the jp from it as well. Finally added in a single Rinnegan jutsu from my arsenal as well as took out the C rank taijutsu Bōsekitade [Spinning Heavy Blow]. That's all for now ~~ | |

| Everything looks good so far, um can you please link me to the location of the rinnegan jutsu on the site, oh and I am still only counting 23 asp used which means you have 1 asp left | |

| Sorry but Rinnegan is classified to everybody but admins here if you have a problem with that you can take it up with Shiro and Kira. All I can say is that they will be added to my list as they are used | |
