| Knowledge SkillsGenjutsu Knowledge•Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. •Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects. •Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects. Ninjutsu Knowledge• Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). •Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. •Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. Taijutsu Knowledge•Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. •Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. •Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free. Ability SkillsAgility and Speed•Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. •Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. •Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). •Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. Sealing Knowledge•Level I: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed. •Level II: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round. It also allows the user to use the Fūja Hōin(Evil Sealing Method) •Level III: Allows the user to activate the Second Level of the Seal, and capable of using the Juin Jutsu(Cursed Seal Technique) on up to one ninja. •Master Level: Allows the user to skip from first form directly to Second Form, and increases the duration by another round during Level II. It also allows the user to use the Juin Jutsu on up to three different Ninjas at once. Weapon Specialist•Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus. Free Genjutsu Resistance•Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I. •Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break. Free Strength and Power•Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: •Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Zanganken [Stone Splitting Blade] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: D Cost: 2 Effects: The user coats the blade of their sword with chakra that increases the cutting potential of their sword. The user can cut through stone like simple foliage.
Name: Ishigakishisu [Stone Wall Sheath] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: D Cost: 2 Effects: The user coats their sheath with chakra increasing its durability. The sheath can be used as a striking weapon or a defensive weapon without worry of the sheath breaking.
Name: Zankuusan [Air Cleaving Flash] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Cost: 5 Effects: The user coats their blade in chakra. When the sword is swung the chakra leaves the blade in the form of a crescent shaped shock wave. The shock wave can create a two inch deep cut on most surfaces it impacts on including flesh.
Name: Ourougekka [Gazing Moon Petal] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Cost: 5 Effects: This is one of the few unarmed techniques used by Shinmeiryuu swordsmen. The user coats their palm with chakra. They can strike the opponent with it to increase the force of their blow by two fold.
Name: Mugen no Yaibi [Blade of Infinity] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Cost: 6 Effects: The user coats their blade with chakra. The chakra distorts the blade's image when swung. Several afterimages of the sword appear during the swing making the location of the original sword nearly impossible to pinpoint.
Name: Hyakuretsu Oukazen [Hundred Raging Cherry Blossoms Slash] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Cost: 8 Effects: The user coats their blade and arm with chakra. The user slashes in all directions in a sweeping motion. The chakra creates a tornado in appearance that bursts into cherry blossoms when the user finishes their attack.
Name: Tsukimi no Yozakura [Evening Cherry Blossoms] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Cost: 8 Effects: The user coats their blade and arm with chakra. The user makes a circular slash which makes a large tower of cherry blossoms. The user moves quickly between the cherry blossoms around their target while making slashes at every pass. The cherry blossoms disguise the user's movements. When the user completes the jutsu the cherry blossoms blow away in the wind.
Name: Kyokudai Raimeiken [Greatest Crying Thunder Sword] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kenjutsu Rank: A Cost: 12 Effects: The user charges chakra into their blade and strikes toward their target. When they near the target the chakra is released in a large explosive shock wave. The strike is more than capable of breaking steel. The shock wave creates a large amount of concussive force. As the chakra discharges into the air it looks like a large thunderbolt. Chisokuken Taijutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Kitai [Anticipation] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Taren-Ken [Multi-Punch)] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of fist blow, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Taren-Kikku [Multi-Kick] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of kicks, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Tadayō [Drift] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Defensive Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 5 Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Kiwamaruiki [Extreme Acceleration] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This taijutsu breaks the limits of the user's speed, enhancing their reflexes and mobility to extremes. This high increase in their agility will allow them not only to run fast but beyond the point where normal perception may keep up with them, allowing the user to essentially surround the enemy, moving from place to place in a blink of an eye striking from any point. However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Zanzō [Afterimage] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects:A taijutsu that allows one to produce a "Copy" which mimics the user's movements, created by the speed that allows one to move their body at such a rate in which it seems like they are in two places. This image will be manipulated in accordance with the original's movements. Thus, moving to point A and then to B, their will appear to two ninjas at both points. And because the user moves at such a speed that it is difficult to observe, foes will be unable to easily tell the real one. The afterimage will be destroyed if touched, but will regenerate moments later. This jutsu must be utilized with either Kiwamaruiki, Tadayō, or similar jutsus. This technique does not require a maintaining cost. This technique ends when the jutsu required for it does. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.

Name: Suiton: Sansokyou [Oxygen Supply] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 + 1 per post Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. The ninja will alter their mouth to process any water that enters, splitting the H20 into hydrogen, which is pushed away by the chakra, and oxygen which is then breathed in. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 5 + 2 per clone Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.
Name: Suiton: Hahonryū [Water Release: Tearing Torrent] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: The user focuses chakra into their palm and makes water. They then make the water spin rapidly similar to a compact whirlpool. The water can be used point blank to inflict blunt damage or released outwards to make a ranged attack that is similar to getting hit with a firehose. This jutsu also creates enough water to fill a pond.
Name: Baku Suishouha [Bursting Water Collision Waves] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: A great suiton technique that floods the surrounding area with water which is released from the user's body by converting their chakra into it. This flood will create a miniature ocean, giving a ninja with water affinity a distinct advantage over his foes with an endless supply of water to use. Because of the water's nature, being produced from their own body, the user of this technique requires no chakra to water walk atop it. This jutsu does not require a maintaining cost.
Name: Suijinheki [Water Encampment Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Defensive Cost: 8 Effects: A defensive technique that creates a cyclone of spiraling water around the user, deflecting attack. This vicious torrent of water turns blows aside, the rotation not blocking as much as pushing away enemies' attacks and flinging them away. A particularly powerful wall, Suijinheki can only be broken by powerful piercing attacks that are not easily swayed, as opposed to more loose techniques.
Name: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Dragon Projectile Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 9 Effects: A projectile attack, Water Dragon calls forth a serpent of liquid and throws it upon an opponent, the fierce water being launched at an opponent at high speeds. This move can break trees and even stone, a missile that upon hitting it's target will explode in a watery blast. The move requires a large amount of handseals due to it's "Hunter" like nature that allows the user to re-direct the dragon in cases in which the opponent may be able to dodge it. All ninjas below B-rank will require two turns to perform the jutsu.
Name: Daibakufu no Jutsu [Grand Waterfall Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: A suiton technique that is particularly drastic, using a large amount of water and causing it to swirl beneath an opponent, forming a vortex. This whirlpool will begin to draw everything, foe and ally alike into it's grasp before at last erupting in a great thrashing wave, taking anything caught within it's grasp and throwing them across the battleground without any mercy. Difficult to escape and exhausting to survive if caught by it.
Kinton Ninjutsu- Spoiler:
Kinton: Hagane Buki Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Kinton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 The user concentrates his chakra on his weapons, changing its form. However the weapon cannot surpass his original size.
Kinton: Hagane Bunshin no Jutsu Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Kinton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 5 The user creates a clone of his made of metal. This clone is essential used for offensive, having multiple types of metal on his body. The clone may use Taijutsu or Metal Ninjutsu.
Kinton: Kagane Yari Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Kinton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 8 Using metallic minerals from the ground, the ninja creates a spear with 5'feet long. This Spear is considered as full offense because is capable of penetrating any type of armor and almost all type of Ninjutsu barrier.
Kinton: Hitei Mushō Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Kinton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 8 The user spits some thin senbon of metal which fly so fast that they can penetrate a tree bark to the middle. With this speed the nails can achieve deep distances in the opponent's body.
Kinton: Kane Shōheki Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Kinton Rank: B Orientation: Defensive Cost: 10 The user creates a metal barrier which can sustain huge attacks. Although this barrier has a limit, when its crossed the barrier brakes.
Name: Kinton: Hagane Byakuren [Metal Release: Metal White Lotus] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kinton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 10 + 4 for each additional clone Effects: This jutsu allows Hideaki to cause his Kinton Bunshins to burst into a white lotus. The petals and tendrils of the lotus are as sharp as any sword and will impale anything near them. The petals swing out in a circular motion, and are more than capable of slicing through flesh with ease. If the clone is within five feet of another Kinton Bunshin and the chakra is payed, the additional clone may be affected as well.

Name: Shiranai Ojike no Jutsu [Unknown Fear] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects: An illusion created through eye contact in which the user is able to instill fear in their enemy, making them see how they will lose the fight. The target will begin doubting their skills and feeling as if all hope is lost because their opponent is in everyway superior.
Name: Katsubō no Tsumi [Pain Lust] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 14 Effects: A physiological Genjutsu on which the enemy is dominated by a natural or sexual need or even a high pain. The enemy will do whatever it takes to satisfy its need, even if it means leaving the fight or seriously injuring themselves.
Name: Nehan Shōja no Jutsu [Temple of Nirvana] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel + Sight Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 12 Effects: An illusion which makes white feathers fall from the sky that lull all those that are near to sleep.
Sealing Jutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Juin Jutsu [Cursed Seal Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Fūin Rank: A Orientation:: Supplementary Cost: Effects:This technique is used by certain Ninjas to place special seals which grant ninjas power, usually at a price. Curse Seals are utilized at a last desperate and resort, and usually have 2 Levels. The Seal is placed upon the user's body(Neck is the most common) and when activated, it change the marking in someway, markings appearing over the body is usually common. The seal can become addictive, and is both chakra consumer and dangerous to use. The seal can be activated manually, if the user has enough control, or can be activated unwillingly during a life threatening situation. Many Seals have also been altered to cause the host to become loyal to the sealer in some way or fashion, and can have other functions as well. The user can have up to 1-3 placed Curse Seals at once, depending on the sealer's Seal Knowledge Level, and will continue to function until the sealer is dead. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.3
