Effects: The user creates a softball sized sphere of blood. This sphere can be thrown at people for multiple effects. When the blood makes contact it reacts slightly violently. The blood splattering, drenching the area hit and more. The blood soaks up into open wounds if available and can be used for other jutsu. For a C rank cost the blood ball can harden into a glassy sphere. When thrown the user can make the ball break apart at will, the peices sharp like shattered glass. After a minute the blood returns into a liquid.

I made this jutsu but I am hoping it can be added to the list of Clan jutsu.

Chi-tama doesn't get added to your clan's techniques you have to actually rp teaching it to each member who wants to know it, and seeing as it isn't on the list you have to rp your creation of it.

So Im not allowed to create more jutsu for the clan

nope, not really, you can make personal ones for yourself that you can teach to other members of the clan

well you have everything you need for it but the jp, But for future reference please put a bit more detail into the post especially with the creation of the technique.
