Physical Appearance: Aoba has sage green hair that spikes off in every direction. It's held up by his headband, but without the headband it falls down into his face, but barely stays above his eyes. His skin tone is caucasian with a slight tan over most of his body. He is well built from working as a handyman, but he isn't ripped like most muscular people.
General Article[Clothing] Appearance: He usually wears an assortment of garments at the same time. This consists of his outer black jacket the buttons together in the front on top of his inner white jacket that zips up in the front. Both of these jackets have high collars whereas the white one has a lower collar, but wraps all the way around while the black one is taller, yet opens up in the front to show the white collar. Both jackets reach past his waist and have long sleeves that hide his hands if he wants. Under the jackets he wears a black tank top and black baggy pants. He wears black sandals with a white sleeve that goes up his shins.
Personality: Aoba likes to be around others and is kind and generous to people to most people. He tends to be shy around new people, but will have no problem going up and having conversations with people he knows. Aoba is quite friendly and will be very kind and generous to his friends. Though Aoba doesn't have many enemies he hates people who think very highly of themselves and superior to others. He also hates people who pick on those smaller or weaker then themselves and people who takes others kindness for granted. Aoba is a level headed person who stays cool in the face of adversity and will tries to come up with unique and effective plans to get around it.

History: Aoba was born into a normal family with a normal home in a normal district in Kumogakure. As Aoba grew up his parents noticed that he loved adventure and laughed in the face of danger. One day when he was five they even found that he had climbed atop their house and wanted to jump into a nearby tree. This brought them to enroll him in the ninja academy knowing that their son would love being a ninja. They weren't disappointed. Aoba loved the academy and couldn't wait to become a ninja. His parents supported him constantly with his schooling.
All was good until tragedy struck his humble family. His father became deathly ill and in his last few days he told Aoba, “Aoba, become a great ninja. Show everyone that you don't have to come from a rich family or a respected clan to be great. Go out and live you dreams and become successful from them. And when you reach the top don't forget your humble beginnings.” His father died and his mother struggled for a while.
His mother felt that they needed a change of scenery, and one day left Kumo forever. She had always wanted to travel around the country to see various sites. They didn't have the money for constant travel so they set down in Ame to live. Due to their sudden arrival in the village, Hideaki had begin his time in the ninja academy anew. He excelled mostly due to previously knowing some of the curriculum. Hideaki's mother fell terribly ill from pneumonia from the rain. This hit Hideaki hard, he was just sixteen years old and had lost both of his parents, but his father's words rang in his head and he knew his mother felt the same. His goal in life is the same, to show the world what a common ninja can do without a special background.
Hideaki graduated from the ninja academy with flying colors. It was expected given his age and background. He left the school as a genin, and performed a few low ranking missions. He noticed that there were only a few genin in Ame, but noticed that there were even less higher ranking nin. Hideaki was called to the council one day where they promoted him to chunin due to his age and experience. They knew he lacked actually shinobi experience, but his understanding of the basics was better than any genin and they had watched him become a taijutsu master. He is now a chunin who has come by the nickname the Hardest Working Handyman in Ame.
After many hard missions that ranged from basic labor to full on battles, Hideaki gathered experience. He learned how to fight people and not kill them. He also learned when he needed to kill. He got the chance to work with some genin, and realized that his good nature was a rarity to say the least in Ame. His hard work and many successful missions did pay off. It got him promoted to jounin. He had to give up some ability, but he's gained so much more from it. Hideaki feels more than capable of protecting his village from any threat no matter what.

Hobbies: Hideaki likes to tinker. He likes small devices and toys, and loves to take them apart. He also like to build. If he's not ninja-ing it up, you can often find him tinkering or building.

Genjutsu Knowledge
•Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
•Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
•Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
• Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
•Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice.

•Level I: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed.
•Level II: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round. It also allows the user to use the Fūja Hōin(Evil Sealing Method)
•Level III: Allows the user to activate the Second Level of the Seal, and capable of using the Juin Jutsu(Cursed Seal Technique) on up to one ninja.
•Master Level: Allows the user to skip from first form directly to Second Form, and increases the duration by another round during Level II. It also allows the user to use the Juin Jutsu on up to three different Ninjas at once.

Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)

Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above.

However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.

Effects:A taijutsu that allows one to produce a "Copy" which mimics the user's movements, created by the speed that allows one to move their body at such a rate in which it seems like they are in two places. This image will be manipulated in accordance with the original's movements. Thus, moving to point A and then to B, their will appear to two ninjas at both points. And because the user moves at such a speed that it is difficult to observe, foes will be unable to easily tell the real one. The afterimage will be destroyed if touched, but will regenerate moments later. This jutsu must be utilized with either Kiwamaruiki, Tadayō, or similar jutsus. This technique does not require a maintaining cost. This technique ends when the jutsu required for it does. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.

Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.

Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.

Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.

Effects: The user focuses chakra into their palm and makes water. They then make the water spin rapidly similar to a compact whirlpool. Effects: A great suiton technique that floods the surrounding area with water which is released from the user's body by converting their chakra into it. This flood will create a miniature ocean, giving a ninja with water affinity a distinct advantage over his foes with an endless supply of water to use. Because of the water's nature, being produced from their own body, the user of this technique requires no chakra to water walk atop it. This jutsu does not require a maintaining cost.

Effects: A defensive technique that creates a cyclone of spiraling water around the user, deflecting attack. This vicious torrent of water turns blows aside, the rotation not blocking as much as pushing away enemies' attacks and flinging them away. A particularly powerful wall, Suijinheki can only be broken by powerful piercing attacks that are not easily swayed, as opposed to more loose techniques.

Effects: A projectile attack, Water Dragon calls forth a serpent of liquid and throws it upon an opponent, the fierce water being launched at an opponent at high speeds. This move can break trees and even stone, a missile that upon hitting it's target will explode in a watery blast. The move requires a large amount of handseals due to it's "Hunter" like nature that allows the user to re-direct the dragon in cases in which the opponent may be able to dodge it. All ninjas below B-rank will require two turns to perform the jutsu.

Effects: A suiton technique that is particularly drastic, using a large amount of water and causing it to swirl beneath an opponent, forming a vortex. This whirlpool will begin to draw everything, foe and ally alike into it's grasp before at last erupting in a great thrashing wave, taking anything caught within it's grasp and throwing them across the battleground without any mercy. Difficult to escape and exhausting to survive if caught by it.

Effects: This jutsu allows Hideaki to cause his Kinton Bunshins to burst into a white lotus. The petals and tendrils of the lotus are as sharp as any sword and will impale anything near them. The petals swing out in a circular motion, and are more than capable of slicing through flesh with ease. If the clone is within five feet of another Kinton Bunshin and the chakra is payed, the additional clone may be affected as well.

Effects:This technique is used by certain Ninjas to place special seals which grant ninjas power, usually at a price. Curse Seals are utilized at a last desperate and resort, and usually have 2 Levels. The Seal is placed upon the user's body(Neck is the most common) and when activated, it change the marking in someway, markings appearing over the body is usually common. The seal can become addictive, and is both chakra consumer and dangerous to use. The seal can be activated manually, if the user has enough control, or can be activated unwillingly during a life threatening situation. Many Seals have also been altered to cause the host to become loyal to the sealer in some way or fashion, and can have other functions as well. The user can have up to 1-3 placed Curse Seals at once, depending on the sealer's Seal Knowledge Level, and will continue to function until the sealer is dead. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.3

They are metal plates that overlap to provide protection against blades and other weapons. The plates only cover the top of the arm. The plates are held onto the arm by a tight fitting, elastic, thick cloth. The cloth makes the tekou comfortable to wear. Picture:. TekouName: 『Hebigawa Kusari Katabira (Snakeskin Chain Mail)』 Weapon Class: Accessory Pocket: Accessory (Worn on torso under jacket) Equipment Type: Accessory Description: This mail is worn under all garments on bare skin. The material it's made of is unknown, but most like to think its black carbon. Whatever it is, it is extremely resilient and light weight. It is threaded small enough to protect against stab wounds. A strike through this symbol shows that the individual is a nukenin of their former home. The cloth is black and wraps all around. There is a metal plate within with no insignia, but the cloth has the pattern for Ame cut in it. Free item, expected to be always worn. 『FLAK JACKET』 A jacket given only to chūnin rank and higher ninja. Similar to Hitai-ite, flak jackets differ in design and color depending on the village that issued them. Expected to be worn by chunin and higher, free item. Worn under large jacket. Weapon:Name: 『Jinsokuburoos (Swift Blows)』 Weapon Class: Knife Pocket: Weapon (Worn on various places) Equipment Type: Light Description: These knives are sturdy hand held blades that can be wielded one handed and thrown. They have a fork like structure consisting of two prongs that have an edge opposite of each other with a small space in the middle. The knives also have a hole in the center of them. Carries four. JinsokuburoosName: 『Shigure ni Amekaze (Drizzle to Hard Rain)』 Weapon Class: Katana Pocket: Weapon (Worn on back) Equipment Type: Light Description: This weapon is one of the finest katanas one can find. It is made from tempered steel with a hint of titanium added. The blade is roughly three or so feet long. The edge is sharp enough to slice through most substances.
