- Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects. Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free. Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.

Agility and Speed
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja is able to use Assassin related Jutsus. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins. Master Level: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being known. User is Immune to Chakra Sensory Master Level and is 40% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Strength and Power
Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack. *free*
Chakra-Based
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Hand Seal Expert
Level I: The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others. Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques.
Chakra Sensory
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters) Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Cost: 2 Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: A simple Genjutsu used to hide an object by altering the appearance of the image. If the target comes in contact with the hidden object the genjutsu is broken.
Name: Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: Vision of Hell] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects: An illusion that makes the target see a shocking scene, such as a dying friend or anything else the user sees fit, making the target lower their defenses.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu [Paralysis Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: An illusion in which causes the target to feel like their entire body has become paralyzed. Because the body thinks it cannot move it actually restricts the body of movement. The user must cast this genjutsu in front of their target and within a close range or else the genjutsu won’t take full effect. The user must hold a seal in order to keep this technique going meaning no other technique can be used while this one is in effect. This can only be used once per battle for once the target’s mind has realized it’s only an illusion it cannot be tricked again.
Name: Botsuraku Gozō no Jutsu [Diminishing Air Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 Effects: An illusion in which makes the target believe that the air supply around them is slowly diminishing them, making them feel as if they were really in a situation that they cannot breath. Because the mind is convinced there is no air the target’s mind restricts them from breathing. This instills fear in the target and if isn’t dispelled eventually can cause the target to faint.
Name: Kaben Kieru [Petal Assault] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel + Sight Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 9 Effects: An illusion which causes the user to disperse into a flurry of flower petals. These petals will then swarm around the target, trapping them in a thick layer of petals and immobilizing them. This allows the user to strike at the helpless target with ease.
Name: Mokumoku Ki Satsu No Jutsu [Silent Tree Killing Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel + Sight Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: An illusion in which a giant tree instantly sprouts from the ground and entangles the target within its branches, leaving them open for an attack.
Name: Kokuangyō no Jutsu [Verse of Black Darkness] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 13 Effects: An illusion which envelops its victims within a void of darkness, making them blind to anything except themselves.
Name: Nehan Shōja no Jutsu [Temple of Nirvana] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel + Sight Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 14 Effects: An illusion which makes white feathers fall from the sky that lull all those that are near to sleep.
Name: Katsubō no Tsumi [Pain Lust] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 11 Effects: A physiological Genjutsu on which the enemy is dominated by a natural or sexual need or even a high pain. The enemy will do whatever it takes to satisfy its need, even if it means leaving the fight or seriously injuring themselves.
Name: Senbō no Tsumi [Jealousy Control] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects: A physiological Genjutsu in which the target becomes jealous of the user, and tries to imitate the user’s jutsus. Obviously, this is impossible which makes the target do useless stuff, making him open for attack.

Name: Kesshō no Yoroi (Crystal Armor) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: D Chakra Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu allows the user to become encased in a thin sheet of crystal to protect them from blunt force trauma. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it, although it tends to be heavy and slows down the user significantly, unless they have a strength level of one or higher.
Name: Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken (Crystal: Hexagonal Shuriken) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: D Chakra Cost: 4 Effects: The user focuses their chakra into their hands and crystallizes the air around them. The crystal particles form into several six-sided shuriken, which resemble snowflakes in appearance.
Name: Shōton: Kurenai no Kajitsu (Crystal Release: Crimson Fruit) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 Effects: The user places a hand on the ground and sends their chakra into it. A dome of crystal rises and surrounds the target. The dome is designed with connected triangles and is fairly transparent with a pink hue. The dome is highly durable from both internal and external attacks.
Name: Shōton: Suishō Tō (Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Blade) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: C Chakra Cost: 6 Effects: The user focuses chakra around their arm and crystallizes the air around their arm. The form a blade made of crystal that is attached to their arm. The blade is similar in sharpness, durability, and shape to a tantō. If the user pays two more chakra they can create a blade on both arms.
Name: Kesshō Purizumu (Crystal Prism) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: B Chakra Cost: 9 Effects: A jutsu that has a variety of uses. This technique allows the user to focus chakra under their position and shoot several crystal walls that form a triangular prism around the user at sharp speeds, it can be used as a method of defense against assault from any angle. The user could also focus their chakra under a enemies position and attempt to use the crystal walls to seal and trap any enemies inside the prism, making it a handy trick to trap any escaping ninja. Despite the red walls appearing glass thin, this jutsu is very resilient against ninjutsu attacks, and it takes a lot of physical force to break through. This is a upgrade from the Crimson Fruit jutsu.
Name: Shōton: Kesshō Tsuchi (Crystal Release: Crystal Hammer) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 Effects: The user places a hand on the ground and focuses their chakra into the ground. A small crystal rod rises up out of the ground that the user can grab hold of. The user will lift the rod out of the ground to reveal a large hammer. The hammer can condense down for 1 chakra or grow in size for 2 chakra.
Name: Shōton: Kako no Chōzō (Crystal Release: Statues of Past) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: A Chakra Cost: 11 Effects: This jutsu is performed by having the user grasp onto the enemy. The user will then begin to force their chakra into their opponet and slowly begin to crystalize them, rendering them into useless statues of crystal. The jutsu takes around five posts to completely crystalize a foe, and the user must remain contact with the foe the whole time during this process. If seperated from the foe, the user's jutsu will slowly begin to fade away, but can still render a opponet imobile if a limb has been crystalized. It takes the same amount of posts for the jutsu to fade as it took for the jutsu to crystalize. If the user was one post into the process before being seperated, it will take one post to reverse. Two chakra upkeep plus starting cost.
Name: Shōton: Konsui Jōtai No (Crystal Release: Comatose) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: S Chakra Cost: 20 Effects: The goal of this jutsu is to crystalize one or several opponets, making it similar to Kako no Chōzō. The jutsu begins when the user slams both hands onto the ground and sends forth a large rush of chakra. One opponet, or several, will suddenly become trapped inside several small crystal shells; one shell per person. These shells will suddenly be filled with chakra aiming to crystalize the opponet. Rather then taking five posts for the opponet to crystalize, the time has been reduced to a shocking three posts. The only way to stop the process is for the oppobet to escape the shell. If the opponet fails to do this within three posts, then they will be forced into a coma like state that can only be reversed by the user. Four chakra upkeep, plus two per every other opponet besides the first.
Name: Shōton: Kesshō Gokakurō (Crystal Release: Crystal Pentagonal Prison) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Shōton Rank: S Chakra Cost: 19 Effects: This jutsu is very similar to Jade Crystal Labyrinth, and starts almost the exact same, the key difference is that once the dome is formed, rather then creating a large maze, the dome actually seals itself shut. The crystal flowers that had been created to make walls seem to triple in size, making them rather gigantic. These crystal flowers will then use their 'roots' to stab and impale the enemies trapped within the dome. It is also possible for the flowers themselves to attack and attempt to devour a opponet with razor sharp petals and thorned leaves. Costs four chakra to maintain. After this jutsu has fadded, it will take another four posts for the user to be able to use crystal jutsus again. there are a total of five crystal flowers within the jutsu. It costs three chakra to make another to replace a destroyed one, there can be a max of seven flowers within this jutsu.
Katon (Secondary)

Name: Katon Moeagaru Shuriken [Igniting Shurikens] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: A ranged technique that consists of drawing one's chakra and surrounding it around projectiles. The user will draw fire chakra along the surfaces of the projectiles and then throw them- In mid-air, they will be engulfed by flames, making them even more deadly.
Name: Okibikei [Blazing Fire Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: A close-range fire technique, the user will release a short wave of flames from their mouth, creating a fiery barrier to burn nearby foes or shield themselves from oncoming attacks. Lasts for only a few seconds.
Name: Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: A versatile technique utilized with a set of wires or similar burnable objects, the user will release flames from their mouth on a number of "Chains". These chains will cross the battlefield to a point where they all meet, impacting each other and creating a fiery blast. The object of this technique is to maneuver a foe into one of these traps, a difficult feat due to both the time required to set up the correct positions as well as the danger of the foe. Nonetheless, Ryuuka is a potent technique.
Name: Katon Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: Similar to Goukakyuu, Katon Housenka releases flames from the mouth, drawing into the necessary components and then igniting them. Housenka no jutsu, however, does not focus the chakra into one simple large entity but infact releases a number of fireballs simultaneous from the mouth. Each fireball is small, but the sheer number of them can make it difficult to face. This just releases on an average a dozen fireballs.
Name: Katon Gouryuuka no Jutsu [Great Dragon Fire Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 9 Effects: Katon Gouryuuka no jutsu forms a great dragon made of raging flames and releases it at an opponent. The technique is difficult to dodge due to the dragon's speed and the user's ability to redirect it mid-flight. It strikes by swallowing it's enemy whole, engulfing the enemy in it's hot flaming body. The jutsu is difficult to control however, due to's its unstable nature.
Name: Katon Ryuki Funshutsu [Rising Eruption] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: An indirect technique, the ninja instead of shooting fire towards an opponent will release flames into the ground, spinning the fire into a drill of sorts which will race underground, burning a tunnel until it falling beneath a foe, where it will then shoot upward like geyser, surrounding a foe in a pillar of deadly flames.
Name: Katon Zukokku [Head Mincing Pain] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: A rather powerful fire technique that is used in a destructive fashion. The user, like most fire-based jutsus, will gather chakra and air into the mouth and release flames. This technique, however, greatly multiplies the amount of fire released, the flames racing forward as a great beast-like missile of fire, taking down everything it touches as it roars towards a foe.
Chisokuken (Primary)

Name: Kitai [Anticipation] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Kūtenryu [Racing Charge] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: The ninja will gather chakra into their legs in order to blast forward at a target, running like a bolt of lightning directly at a foe, hoping like a bullet to ram into them. Their speed adding to the collision, but makes this a difficult move to control and nearly impossible to turn with. Requires Level II Speed and Agility.
Name: Tadayō [Drift] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Defensive Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 5 Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Kiwamaruiki [Extreme Acceleration] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This taijutsu breaks the limits of the user's speed, enhancing their reflexes and mobility to extremes. This high increase in their agility will allow them not only to run fast but beyond the point where normal perception may keep up with them, allowing the user to essentially surround the enemy, moving from place to place in a blink of an eye striking from any point. However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Zanzō [Afterimage] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 9 Effects: A taijutsu that allows one to produce a "Copy" which mimics the user's movements, created by the speed that allows one to move their body at such a rate in which it seems like they are in two places. This image will be manipulated in accordance with the original's movements. Thus, moving to point A and then to B, their will appear to two ninjas at both points. And because the user moves at such a speed that it is difficult to observe, foes will be unable to easily tell the real one. The afterimage will be destroyed if touched, but will regenerate moments later. This jutsu must be utilized with either Kiwamaruiki, Tadayō, or similar jutsus. This technique does not require a maintaining cost. This technique ends when the jutsu required for it does. Requires Level III Speed and Agility
Name: Rakurainiau [Struck by Lightning] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 11 Effects: This jutsu is not complicated- The Ōgi of the Chisokuken-ryu, Rakurainiau simulates the speed of a lightning bolt, gathering an immense amount of chakra around their body to fling themselves at an opponent, be they below, above, or level. This sudden abrupt movement seems to defy the very concept of friction, with the user aiming at a central point, such as the head, heart, stomach- Perhaps even the groin. Regardless of the target, the user will race beyond natural speed to strike them with a single attack- a two finger strike, resembling Jyuken, upon a foe which will take all the gathered force. Requires Master Level Speed and Agility.
Kyoukan (Primary)

Name: Tejina [Sleight of Hand] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: A trick-technique utilized to surprise unwary foes, the Shinobi utilized a variety of visually illusions to jab at a foe seemingly unarmed, only for a small weapon (Such as a Kunai), to suddenly flicker into their hands. Because of the sudden shift in the attack style, it attempts to catch the unwary foe off-guard and strike an easy blow. Requires Level One Assassination.
Name: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Tsukire [Moon Slice] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Shinjutsu [Acupuncture] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: This technique is utilized by a Shinobi to improve their ability to strike at the specific points of an enemy's body, aiming at the nervous system in order to cut off the connection of the body part to the brain. Thus, disabling an enemy by striking at specific points. Utilizing projectiles or blades, the shinobi will coat it with chakra, aiming at an opponent's body in order to strike it in such a way, spreading the chakra into the body to cut off it's connection for a short time-period
Name: Boushikibou [Hat Trick] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: A technique that relies on chakra enhanced projectiles, the ninja will throw three knives, needles, or similar weapon at an opponent. The first shall be thrown normally, the next chakra-enhanced, the last containing an immense amount of force behind it. The purpose of this technique is to penetrate armors and defenses. The first blade shall strike the defense, the next pushing it further in, and the last striking it to push the blade in deeper, cracking bones if necessary. Each transfers their force to the next blade, surprising the enemy and breaking an opponent's defenses. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Kagekamen [Shadow Mask] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 5 Effects: This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Bakuken [Bomb Fist] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 8 Effects: The shinobi shall secretly place an explosive tag upon their hand, typically upon their palm in order to hide it when making a fist. Upon nearing a foe they will ignite the tag and strike an enemy, attacking them seconds before the explosion. They will cover they hand with chakra and push the energy forward, thus directing the majority of the explosion towards an enemy. They will take damage from their proximity to the blast but reduced, the majority of the force being projected towards an enemy.
Name: Ryuuchou no waza [Art of Flowing] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This technique is a jutsu that relaxes the body, the chakra soothing the muscle and relieving the stress and pain of the body. This causes the body to become lithe, responsive, and literately "Flow" around an opponent. It is not an increase in muscle force nor actually speed as much as it allows the user to remain calm and allow them to become precise, lessening by far-chance possible mistakes. As such this technique allows a shinobi to become closer to "Perfection", moving around a foes assault with the least amount of effort and striking with grace. Thus, their accuracy of blows and ability to dodge an enemies attacks are increased noticeably, ignoring weariness and wounds. Requires Level Three Assassination.
Name: Futarigoroshi [Double Murder] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: A close-range technique that utilizes a sudden burst of chakra in order to simultaneously sabotage the brain and heart at once. The ninja will charge a blade with an immense amount of chakra, stabbing into an opponent's body. That malevolent energy will then spread through the body via the bloodstream, entering both the heart and the brain, causing both to under take an immense amount of trauma, causing a heart attack as well as damaging brain cells of the foe. Because of this, even if they survive the heart trauma, they will take unrepairable damage to their psyche. Requires Master Level Assassination

Name: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: B-rank Orientation: Offensive Cost: 9 Effects: Developed by the Leaf Shinobi, the Rasengan is a unique ninjutsu that uses normal chakra and has it spun into a powerful technique, an orb with whirling energy capable of felling foes. The Rasengan is a technique that uses solely shape manipulation to work it's jutsu- Because of this, it requires no hand seals, and is able to be used by ninja regardless of their elemental affinities. The technique consists of three parts- The gathering of chakra to be used for the move, the building on the sphere itself, and the rotation of the chakra- When all three are done properly, the Rasengan will be created. The sphere attacks in a drill-like manner, the rotating chakra furiously striking against whatever it touches to grind away at the of the target. The force of the move is so great that it can fling opponents away with ease. For Chunnins, the jutsu requires a shadow clone to produce the Rasengan. JP 665/665
