| With the start of the village of Kumogakure it means that there are starting positions open for grabs. But we don't just give out the ranks to inexperienced here at Joukaiden. So to gain a position of either Chuunin or Jonin position the applicant must PM a story to me detailing a story in which they perform a mission suitable to their rank. The mission will be judged accordingly and the most appropriate for the rank will be picked.
