Ninjutsu Knowledge
◦Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). ◦Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. ◦Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. ◦Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
◦Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. ◦Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.

•Level I: Allows the ninja to use his Kekkei Genkai abilities or jutsus up to rank C. •Level II: Allows the ninja to use his Kekkei Genkai abilities or jutsus up to rank B.
◦Agility and Speed
◦Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. ◦Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. ◦Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement).
•Hand Seal Expert
•Level I: The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others. •Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques. •Level III: The user's Seal speed has quickened, One-handed Seals at normal speed and two-handed far exceeding a normal Shinobi, appearing as a blur to them.

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 6 Cp If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: •Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. •Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. •Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. •Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.
Hyouton Jutsu : - Spoiler:
Name:[/b]Aisu Enjin [ Ice Ring] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: C-Rank Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 Effects: The user forms the needed hand signs and focuses chakra into their hands to start the jutsu. They then lightly touch the ground causing a very thin slippery sheet of ice to cover the area. This ice will quickly spiral outward till the floor is covered turning the field into an Ice ring. If the opponent doesn’t get on top of the ice while it is covering the ground there is a chance their feet will get covered by ice preventing them from moving. The user will already be skilled at walking on ice allowing their movements to be similar to what they normally are but the opponent will have trouble not slipping and falling every time they move unless they also know how to walk on ice.
Name: Fuyu Kyoui [ Winter Wonder] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: C-Rank Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 7 (The jutsu will let her freeze things for 3 posts for the cost of one C-rank) Effects: After making a single hand sign the user simply needs to focus chakra to their hands or other body part to start the jutsu. This jutsu will cause any liquid that comes in contact with the user to freeze and turn into ice or solid. This can be used against many water type jutsus making them useless against her. It can also be used on their own water jutsu to turn the water into ice. For jutsus that are higher than C-rank they will have to touch more than once to freeze them.
Name: Shimo Hitonomi [ Frost Bite ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: C-Rank Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: The user creates the needed hand signs and taps the hand with one finger which will cause dry ice to for from the ground around the enemy. Instead of cutting into the opponent these will grow upwards ensnaring the opponent in them making it impossible for the opponent to move. These will grow all the way up to the neck and then disappear after two posts. Though the jutsu seems harmless the ice which the user traps the opponent in is dry ice which is so cold that you will get freezer burn by touching it. This can leave first or second degree burns all over the opponent’s body.
Sensatsu Suishou [A Thousand Deadly Needles] Type: Bloodline/Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Hyouton Orientation: Offensive Rank: B Cost: 11 Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique which uses nearby water to form ice senbon. The user first kicks water into the air with his foot, and as it rises it freeze to form a Thousand needles. With the hand Seal still in place, the user can release the needles when needed to have them come raining down on his target.
Name: Aisu Haretsu [ Ice Explosion] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: C-A Rank Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: 7 ( One C-rank jutsu to freeze and then melt a single cap ) Effects: To perform this jutsu it requires the user to have Dry Ice Caps as one of their accessories. To perform this jutsu the user must choose an ice cap from their bag and focus a C-rank amount of chakra into it. By focusing chakra into the ice cap they must freeze the cap which will turn it into dry ice. By doing this the Ice cap will now be hard enough to throw like a Frisbee at the enemy. The ice cap will spin quickly at high speeds at the opponent and once it gets close enough to them the user makes one hand sign. This hand sign will stop the chakra flow that turned the water into ice so it melts. It will melt in a matter of seconds and when it melts the chemicals will become a gas and cause an explosion. Depending on the size of the ice cap the explosion might be a different size. If the ice cap was a short distance from the opponent the extremely loud sounds caused by the explosion might cause the opponent to become deaf for 3 posts. The volume of this explosion can be a bad thing because it can attract unwanted attention and ruin missions involving not getting caught or found.

Name: Hisame Buriza-do [ Hail Blizzard ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: B-Rank Orientation: Offensive and Supplementary Cost: 11 Effects: After making the needed hand signs the user freezes particles of water in the air. By doing this a large area surrounding the opponent will be covered with small shards of ice. These ice shards move at alarming speeds around the battle field injuring anyone who comes in contact with them. The blades of shards will be extremely hard to dodge because of their small size and the amount of them. These shards are strong enough to rip through skin and organs but are too weak to break actual bones or armor. The jutsu will also obscure the view of the opponent and users making the attack have a similar effect as the Hidden Mist Technique. This can be dangerous for allies since they will also get attacked by the flying shards of ice in the air but the user is safe from being injured by this jutsu because they can easily change the course that the ice is flying in.
Name: Tsumetai Purizumu [ Icy Prism ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Hyouton Rank: B-Rank Orientation: Offensive, Supplementary Cost: 11 Effects: This jutsu requires the user to make the needed hand signs and get in close combat with the opponent. From this point the user will grasp onto their enemy and let ice start to form. The user then move back and the ice will grow and capture the opponent in an ice prism. The opponent has a short time the moment the user lets go to find a way to break the ice to escape. Once the opponent is trapped in the prism they will be unable to move and this allows the user to have one less opponent to deal with. The user of the jutsu has the ability to cancel the prism allowing the enemy on the inside to go free and killing the user will also result in the ice melting.
