Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. # Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. # Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.

Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Hand Seal Expert
Level I: The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others. Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques. Level III: The user's Seal speed has quickened, One-handed Seals at normal speed and two-handed far exceeding a normal Shinobi, appearing as a blur to them.
Weapon Specialist
# Level II: Shinobi are now more potent in their weapon usage, allowing them to carry and wield two light weapons and fight with Medium Weapons.
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Name: Tejina [Sleight of Hand] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: A trick-technique utilized to surprise unwary foes, the Shinobi utilized a variety of visually illusions to jab at a foe seemingly unarmed, only for a small weapon (Such as a Kunai), to suddenly flicker into their hands. Because of the sudden shift in the attack style, it attempts to catch the unwary foe off-guard and strike an easy blow. Requires Level One Assassination.
Name: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Tsukire [Moon Slice] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Shinjutsu [Acupuncture] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: This technique is utilized by a Shinobi to improve their ability to strike at the specific points of an enemy's body, aiming at the nervous system in order to cut off the connection of the body part to the brain. Thus, disabling an enemy by striking at specific points. Utilizing projectiles or blades, the shinobi will coat it with chakra, aiming at an opponent's body in order to strike it in such a way, spreading the chakra into the body to cut off it's connection for a short time-period.
Name: Boushikibou [Hat Trick] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: A technique that relies on chakra enhanced projectiles, the ninja will throw three knives, needles, or similar weapon at an opponent. The first shall be thrown normally, the next chakra-enhanced, the last containing an immense amount of force behind it. The purpose of this technique is to penetrate armors and defenses. The first blade shall strike the defense, the next pushing it further in, and the last striking it to push the blade in deeper, cracking bones if necessary. Each transfers their force to the next blade, surprising the enemy and breaking an opponent's defenses. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Kagekamen [Shadow Mask] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 7 Effects: This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it. Requires Level Two Assassination

Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.
Name: Suiton: Tsuba-Kasui [Saliva Stream] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 4 Effects: A water technique which enhances the saliva within a Shinobi's mouth, adding chakra to it to harden the individual droplets, and then using the chakra to launch them from their mouth at high speeds. Essentially, the user will be able to launch a spit bullet from their mouth at an opponent.
Name: Suiton: Sansokyou [Oxygen Supply] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. The ninja will alter their mouth to process any water that enters, splitting the H20 into hydrogen, which is pushed away by the chakra, and oxygen which is then breathed in. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Mizuame Nabara [Starch Syrup Capture Field] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 7 Effects: A water jutsu that carries special characteristics that cause the molecules to be adhesive. The user will release a stream of water from their mouth to create a pool of liquid, and whomever touches the water will be unable to move normally, any part of their body that makes contact with it becomes stuck to the surface of the water. Ninjas are able to escape this effect by using the water-walking technique, which cancels the jutsu's own chakra effect, but only if used before touching the liquid.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.
Name: Baku Suishouha [Bursting Water Collision Waves] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects: A great suiton technique that floods the surrounding area with water which is released from the user's body by converting their chakra into it. This flood will create a miniature ocean, giving a ninja with water affinity a distinct advantage over his foes with an endless supply of water to use. Because of the water's nature, being produced from their own body, the user of this technique requires no chakra to water walk atop it. This jutsu does not require a maintaining cost.
Name: Suijinheki [Water Encampment Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Defensive Cost: 10 Effects: A defensive technique that creates a cyclone of spiraling water around the user, deflecting attack. This vicious torrent of water turns blows aside, the rotation not blocking as much as pushing away enemies' attacks and flinging them away. A particularly powerful wall, Suijinheki can only be broken by powerful piercing attacks that are not easily swayed, as opposed to more loose techniques.
Name: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Dragon Projectile Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: A projectile attack, Water Dragon calls forth a serpent of liquid and throws it upon an opponent, the fierce water being launched at an opponent at high speeds. This move can break trees and even stone, a missile that upon hitting it's target will explode in a watery blast. The move requires a large amount of handseals due to it's "Hunter" like nature that allows the user to re-direct the dragon in cases in which the opponent may be able to dodge it. All ninjas below B-rank will require two turns to perform the jutsu.
KumotonJutsu - Spoiler:
Name: Yaeguma [Layers of Clouds Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kumoton Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 3 Effects: This technique utilizes excess water from the body to project a cloud around a part of the body. The liquid leaves the pores to form around the skin, creating a barrier of cloud. This defense carries all of Kumoton's natural traits, making it useful for defending against a variety of attacks, though better suited to defending against projectile. The cloud also has a adheisive quality, causing items such as Kunai and Shuriken to be stuck. This technique may be used on multiple portions of the body, however, has separate creation costs. All Layers share a maintainment cost. (Ex: Forming a layer of cloud around both arms costs it's costx2, but only takes one chakra per turn for both of them.)
Name: Hirukumo [Leech Cloud] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kumoton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: This technique is much similar to Yaeguma, forming a small manipulable cloud from water in the atmosphere. This cloud is thrown at an enemy, the user gripping the cloud and chucking it at a foe. It's power is essentially the reverse of Yaeguma- Upon impacting a foe, it will deal no damage due to it's fluffiness. However, it will stick to an opponent and immediately begin drawing on their body's water, absorbing the liquid from cells via their pores. This will gradually weaken a foe, dehydrating them while at the same time becoming larger, the liquid being stored within the cloud. Clouds produced by this jutsu need not be maintained.
Name: Aitaitaru [Trailing Cloud] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kumoton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This is a special technique that produces a cloud in the sky, and locks it onto a target. Once done, the jutsu cloud will follow the foe from above, seeming no different from the other white clouds. Due to the fact it was formed with a Shinobi's chakra, the user will be able to tell the direction of the cloud regardless of how far it is. However, the user of the jutsu is unable to tell how far it is, nor are they able to tell which person they have targeted if they have created multiple clouds. To lock onto a target, the creator of the cloud must see the foe. This technique does not take chakra to maintain.
