| Genjutsu Knowledge - Spoiler:
o Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. o Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects
Ninjutsu Knowledge - Spoiler:
o Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). o Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. o Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge - Spoiler:
o Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. o Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Genjutsu Resistance - Spoiler:
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I. Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break.
Scroll Sealing - Spoiler:
Level I: Allows the ninja to seal throw-able weapons (such as shuriken) up to a number of 20. It also allows the ninja to carry 1 scroll with him. Level II: Allows the ninja to seal a puppet or human puppet inside a scroll, or One Light Weapon. Allows the ninja to carry 2 scrolls with him.
Medical - Spoiler:
Level I: Allows the ninja to heal others and himself using some minor healing objects. Requires Genjutsu and Ninjutsu Knowledge level II. May not have more than two Ninjutsu. Level II: Allows the ninja to use up to rank C medical Ninjutsu and to use more advanced healing objects. Level III: Allows the ninja to use up to rank A medical Ninjutsu and to use any healing object.
Assassination - Spoiler:
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins..

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Name: Shōsen no Jutsu [Mystical Hand Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Medical Rank: C Cost: 5 Orientation:: Supplementary Effects:This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective. Puppetry- Spoiler:
Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppetry Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kugutsu Rank: C-rank Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 5 Effects: The Kugutsu technique allows the user to form strings of chakra that are used to control and object, mainly puppets. The user winds their chakra through the puppet's body, the chakra wires becoming a nervous system of sorts for the marionette. When moving one's fingers, the puppet will respond, moving it's limbs as the puppet master dictates. This way, a puppeteer can fight from afar. The user may manipulate other inanimate objects, such as projectiles, as well as multiple puppets at once. However, the more items the puppeteer controls at once, the less capable he is at using each of them. For this reason, lesser ninja tend to control few puppets, while higher ranks are capable of controlling many. The Kugutsu Jutsu need only be activated once, however, requires a maintaining cost each turn after the initial activation. The maximum amount of standard puppets controllable by this technique is ten. Souen: Hitomi Kokuu (Manipulation Performance: Human Body's Skillful Achievement) Type: Ninjutsu Sub Type: Kugutsu Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 15 Effects: Hitomi Kokuu is an odd technique that is used by a puppeteer on a another human, essentially a "Living" Puppet technique. This allows the Puppet Master to expertly move another ninja's body, a useful technique in situations that call for quick thinking and precision. This jutsu, however, is unable to control unwilling ninjas, as the chakra strings are able to be resisted. This makes it useless against enemies. However, the Jutsu can work on unconscious ninjas, as they are unable to resist the technique. Hitokugutsu (Human Puppet) Type: Ninjutsu Sub Type: Kugutsu Rank: A Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: A Human is a specially crafted Puppet, created from the corpses of fallen ninjas. It is especially designed to preserve the remains and powers that the ninja formerly possessed. Because of the body itself is kept, so are the secrets that they held. Because of this, jutsus the ninja once knew, even Kekkai Genkai skills, are retained. A Human Puppet is ranked D-S rank, based on the level of the Shinobi who fell. Human Puppets may have a number jutsus based on it's rank, similar to Summons. - Quote :

C-rank Human Puppets may have Three Jutsus the Ninja formerly had. B-rank Human Puppets may have Four Jutsus the Ninja formerly had. A-rank Human Puppets may have Five Jutsus the Ninja formerly had. S-rank Human Puppets may have Six Jutsus the Ninja formerly had. The techniques must be listed in the Human Puppets description, and must be known by the Ninja. Jutsu costs remain the same as they were for the user, and are payed for by the Puppeteer. New techniques may not be used. Corpses used for Human Puppets must be fresh, to prevent later decomposition. They must be RPed for when obtaining, and thus meaning a Puppeteer may not snatch a body without waiting for others to respond. Human Puppets require some time to create. Like normal Puppets, weaponry may be added to the body, and may carry any item they had at time of death. Human Puppets require some time to create, and cannot be made into a Human Puppet in the same RP they were taken in. Human Puppets, like all Puppets, are controlled by the Kugutsu no Jutsu. Human Puppets destroyed may not be recreated, due to their organic composition. They may, however, to a degree be repaired. Requires at least Lv.3 Medical Kyoukan- Spoiler:
Name: Tejina [Sleight of Hand] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: A trick-technique utilized to surprise unwary foes, the Shinobi utilized a variety of visually illusions to jab at a foe seemingly unarmed, only for a small weapon (Such as a Kunai), to suddenly flicker into their hands. Because of the sudden shift in the attack style, it attempts to catch the unwary foe off-guard and strike an easy blow. Requires Level One Assassination.
Name: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Tsukire [Moon Slice] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Shinjutsu [Acupuncture] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: This technique is utilized by a Shinobi to improve their ability to strike at the specific points of an enemy's body, aiming at the nervous system in order to cut off the connection of the body part to the brain. Thus, disabling an enemy by striking at specific points. Utilizing projectiles or blades, the shinobi will coat it with chakra, aiming at an opponent's body in order to strike it in such a way, spreading the chakra into the body to cut off it's connection for a short time-period.
Name: Sōshōryū [Twin Rising Dragons] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 10+1 Per Turn Effects: A technique that allows a ninja to manipulate several dozens of weapons by manipulating a string, sending chakra impulses in order to move the weapons in whatever manner he desires. This allows him to levitate and coordinate the weapons, surrounding a foe with them and slicing an enemy to pieces. The more weapons utilized, the stronger and more difficult this technique is to face. Requires strings of some sort to manipulate them. Requires Level Two Assination
Name: Ryuuchou no waza [Art of Flowing] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 12+1 Per Turn Effects: This technique is a jutsu that relaxes the body, the chakra soothing the muscle and relieving the stress and pain of the body. This causes the body to become lithe, responsive, and literately "Flow" around an opponent. It is not an increase in muscle force nor actually speed as much as it allows the user to remain calm and allow them to become precise, lessening by far-chance possible mistakes. As such this technique allows a shinobi to become closer to "Perfection", moving around a foes assault with the least amount of effort and striking with grace. Thus, their accuracy of blows and ability to dodge an enemies attacks are increased noticeably, ignoring weariness and wounds. Requires Level Three Assassination. | At the moment, I'm considering whether I want to change up chakra costs a bit to be more rank based- But then I realized everyone would bitch~ Change is rarely desired when it comes.

| Because this character has existed since the beginning of the forum, planned out by me and Char, adapted with Rai, has been in the works since before this forum was started, is a plot character that requires puppetry in order to work with the story, and because I have written more than half of this forum, thus, I feel I have satisfied written requirements, which Rai has agreed is fair, particularly seeing as my character is not revealing some super secret techniques nor even at the moment a single custom technique. In a matter of speaking, I've requested the Puppetry group to be available to me a looooong time ago.
But, good job being a Jutsu mod and not ignoring this. ^.^ | |
